Vehicle license plate and car tracking information (if using Car Tracker feature)
QR code scan history
Building/gate access records

2.4 Biometric Data

Facial recognition data collected solely for identity verification at access points
Biometric data is processed on-device and/or on secured company servers only

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Authenticate your identity and authorize access to secured areas
Enable QR code and face recognition check-in
Provide car tracking and parking management services
Send access-related notifications and alerts
Maintain security audit logs as required by your organization
Provide bus/shuttle booking and check-in services

Authentication tokens and credentials are stored securely in iOS Keychain
User preferences are stored in UserDefaults
Offline data is stored locally using Realm encrypted database
All network communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Facial recognition data is stored only on authorized company servers with restricted access

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared with:

Your employer/organization that operates this application
Cloud infrastructure providers solely for app operation purposes
No third-party advertising networks

6. Face Recognition & Biometric Data

Facial data is collected only for workplace access verification
Biometric templates are not shared with third parties outside your organization
You may request deletion of biometric data by contacting your system administrator

7. Push Notifications

The app sends notifications for:

Access approval/denial alerts
Visitor registration updates
Security warnings

You can disable notifications at any time via iOS Settings.

8. Data Retention

Access logs are retained as required by your organization's security policy
Biometric data is deleted upon employee offboarding
You may request account deletion by contacting your IT administrator
